These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the c baij platform and all services provided under it. "Platform" refers to c baij's website, mobile application, and all related digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who visits or uses the platform, whether or not they have completed registration.

"Services" includes the casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities operated by c baij. "Bonus" refers to promotional offers and reward credits, which are granted subject to specific conditions being met.

Where the context allows, singular terms in these conditions also carry a plural meaning, and plural terms also carry a singular meaning.

2.1 Age Limit

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, mobile number, or payment method is prohibited. If a user creates more than one account, c baij reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses earned.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in the account being suspended or closed. Users are required to notify c baij immediately if any of their information changes.

2.4 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Allowing another person to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, the support team should be notified immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

c baij currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. The mobile banking account used for a deposit must be registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Full account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions

Depositing or withdrawing using a payment method registered in another person's name is prohibited. If this rule is violated, c baij may suspend the transaction and investigate the account.

The following conditions apply when claiming bonuses and promotional offers from c baij.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.

4.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

All promotional offers — including the weekly c baij Reload, c baij Slots Festival, and Cricket Season Bonus — have their own wagering requirements and validity conditions. The full terms for each offer will be listed on the offer page.

4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met, any pending bonus will be cancelled.
• If c baij suspects abuse of bonus benefits, it may investigate and cancel the bonus.
• A bonus is not free money — it applies subject to specific wagering conditions being met.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the c baij platform are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game result is independent and does not depend on any previous result. If a technical error occurs during a game, the bets for that round may be cancelled.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

5.3 Betting Limits

8.2 Closure by the User

A user who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team via live chat or email. All pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed.

All content, logos, design elements, text, and graphics used on the c baij website and app are the proprietary assets of c baij. Reproducing, distributing, or using them commercially without prior written permission is prohibited.
